Bokadirekt alternative: booking software with no notice period

Looking for a Bokadirekt alternative? Bokadirekt is the dominant booking marketplace in Sweden, with more than 15,000 businesses and 2.5 million users a month (Bokadirekt's own figures). We found no commission on new clients. The cost is the plan you need for visibility, plus the add-ons you stack on top.

What does Calendia cost?

Calendia has two billing models, and you choose one:

• Per bookable employee: a fixed monthly price for each person who takes bookings. Staff who never take bookings are free.
• Per completed booking: a small fee per completed appointment. Cancellations and no-shows are not charged.

When is Bokadirekt the better choice?

• You want the best-known Swedish marketplace, because many customers start their search there.
• You prefer a flat fee over a commission on new clients, and a higher plan gives you the visibility you need.
• You need a cash register declared in Sweden. Bokadirekt POS is on Skatteverket's list of manufacturer-declared registers.
• You want a Swedish-first system with Fortnox and a journal add-on from one vendor.

When is Calendia the better choice?

• Your clients already find you through Instagram, Google or word of mouth, so paying for plan-based visibility does not pay back.
• You want no notice period: month to month, no binding and no setup fee.
• You want deposits, no-show fees, gift cards, loyalty, memberships and journals without stacking add-ons.

How to switch from Bokadirekt
