Set a campaign price on a service

Use a service campaign price when you want to offer a service at a promotional price for a limited period. You can do this directly from Services.

Add a campaign price

1. Open Services and choose Table view.
2. Find the service and click Add campaign in the Campaign column. If the column is hidden, enable it in the column menu.
3. Optionally enter a label, such as “Summer offer”.
4. Enter the Promotional price. This is the price customers pay, not the amount to subtract from the regular price.
5. Set the Starts and Ends dates and times.
6. Turn on Only for appointments within this period if the appointment itself must take place during the campaign. Leave it off to include bookings made during the campaign even when the appointment is later.
7. Click Add promotion.

The promotional price activates automatically during the selected period. The regular price remains the service's base price.

Discount several services

For several services at once, click New campaign in the Services toolbar. Choose the services, use Percentage off or Same price for all, and set the campaign period. You can optionally limit the offer to selected team members.
