Can't log in
Fix the most common sign-in problems — forgotten passwords, a temporary password that doesn't work, and lost two-factor access.
Most sign-in problems fall into one of a few categories. Work through these before contacting support.
Reset a forgotten password
On the login page, click Forgot password?, enter your Email address, and follow the reset link Calendia emails you. The request, reset form and result message use your selected language.
A temporary password doesn't work
If you were just invited and a temporary password was emailed to you, sign-in treats your email address as case-insensitive, so how you capitalize it when you type doesn't matter. If you're sure the password is correct but sign-in still fails, the likely cause is two accounts sharing that same address in different capitalizations — contact support rather than repeatedly retrying, since only they can sort out which account you need.
Two-factor code not accepted, or lost your authenticator
If your workspace requires two-factor authentication and you no longer have access to your authenticator app, choose the option to log in using a recovery code instead of an authentication code, and enter one of the codes you saved when you set up 2FA. If you don't have your recovery codes either, contact an admin or owner in your workspace, or support, to help restore access.
If you signed in with your password and are being required to set up 2FA for the first time, Calendia reuses that recent password check and should not ask for the password again. Password confirmation can still be expected after a social login, trusted-device PIN, recovery-code challenge or support session. If a normal password login immediately asks twice, contact support with the time of the attempt and the browser you used.
Account seems deactivated
If sign-in fails with no specific error and a password reset doesn't help, ask your workspace owner or admin to confirm your employee profile is still active in Personnel — a deactivated account can't sign in.
