Employee isn't showing up as bookable
Check working hours, absence exceptions, service access, and role — any one of these can hide an employee from booking.
An employee can be perfectly active and still not appear as a bookable option. Here's what to check, in order.
Check their role
Employees with the Marketing, Cash register, or Accountant role are never bookable, regardless of their schedule. Open Personnel, edit the employee, and confirm their Role is Team member, Admin, or Owner if they should take appointments.
Check their working hours
Go to Schedules and confirm the employee has hours set for the day in question. No hours that day means no availability.
Check for a date exception
Still on Schedules, look for an Absence type date exception covering that day — vacation or sick leave, for example, blocks availability even if their regular weekly hours say otherwise.
Check their service access
Open the employee in Personnel and check their Service access setting. It can be set to All services, Only selected, or All except — if the service you're trying to book is excluded, the employee won't appear as an option for it.
