Set up Nets Connect@Cloud

Nets Connect@Cloud connects supported Nets terminals to Calendia. You need an active Nets terminal agreement, a terminal configured for Connect@Cloud, and the Connect@Cloud username and password supplied by Nets. These are separate from your ordinary MyNets login. Ask Nets or your terminal supplier for access if you have not received them. Nets' terminal setup instructions explain the Connect@Cloud settings on the terminal; have Nets support confirm the correct configuration for your model.

Connect it in Calendia

Open Company settings > Payments, choose Nets Connect@Cloud, and start with Test. Enter the Connect@Cloud username and password in their matching fields and save. Calendia does not require a merchant ID or store ID for this connector. Sync terminals, check that the expected device appears, then assign a default terminal to each location that will take payments. Select the actual terminal when charging if several are available.

Check before going live

Send a test purchase and a cancellation in the test environment. Confirm the terminal result and Calendia sale agree before changing the environment to Production. This integration does not provide automatic refunds; use the appropriate Nets procedure for a refund. If no terminal appears, check its network connection and Connect@Cloud setup, then recheck the credentials and sync again. If a payment remains pending, verify its outcome on the terminal before asking the customer to pay a second time.
