Set up a Worldline terminal
Prepare Worldline terminal credentials and verify the supported API connection before taking payments.
The Worldline Terminal entry in Calendia asks for a merchant ID, API key, API secret, and webhook secret. It also supports terminal syncing and assigning a terminal to each location. Worldline has several payment products with different credentials and endpoints: a Worldline online checkout key is not automatically a Terminal API credential. Confirm with Worldline or your integration partner which terminal API account and endpoint are enabled for your devices.
Collect and enter details
Worldline's Terminal API introduction and first-request guide identify the merchant, registered terminal, API credentials, and network access needed for a terminal request. Ask your Worldline contact for the exact values and a webhook signing secret for the approved integration. In Company settings > Payments, choose Worldline Terminal and map those values to the equally named fields. Save, sync terminals, and assign a default device to each Calendia location.
Verify before use
Contact Calendia support or your integration partner to confirm a supported production Worldline connection has been configured. Entering credentials alone does not establish one. Test with Worldline's integration environment and a development terminal, then verify the result in both Worldline and Calendia. If syncing fails, check the endpoint, key permissions, merchant and terminal IDs, and device connectivity with Worldline support. Do not request another payment while the first outcome is still unknown. Automatic refunds are not available through this Calendia connection.
