Use a custom domain
Serve your booking page or website from your own domain, such as www.yoursalon.com, instead of a Calendia address.
A custom domain lets customers reach your booking page or website at your own web address instead of a Calendia one.
Add a domain
- Open Company settings, go to the Website tab, and click Manage custom domains.
- Click Add domain (or Add another domain if you already have one).
- Enter the Domain name, for example
www.yoursalon.com. - Choose what it Shows: All locations, or a single location if your business has more than one.
- Click Add domain.
Point your DNS at Calendia
Under DNS target, copy the value shown and create a CNAME record for your domain at your DNS provider that points to it. For an apex domain (one without a www.), use CNAME flattening, ALIAS, or ANAME if your provider supports it.
Once the record is in place, Calendia checks it automatically. You can also click Check status on the domain to check sooner. A domain moves through Pending and Verifying before it turns Active; if verification fails, the card lists the specific errors.
Manage connected domains
Once a domain is Active, you can:
- Click Open to view your live site on that domain.
- Click Set primary to make it the domain customers are redirected to (only one domain can be primary).
- Click Remove to disconnect a domain — its site stops serving immediately.
