Connect Swish
Set up a Swish payee alias and the credentials issued for your merchant agreement.
Swish is a handoff payment method for customers using the Swish app, not a card reader. Arrange Swish Handel or the appropriate merchant product with your bank or Swish provider before configuring Calendia. Ask the provider for the payee alias and the authentication method enabled for your agreement; exact bank onboarding differs.
Enter the Calendia fields
Open Company settings > Payments, choose Swish and enter the alias in Payee alias. Calendia requires either a Certificate path or an Access token. A certificate path points to a client certificate installed securely on Calendia's server; it is not the certificate text and the field is not an upload control. Coordinate secure certificate installation with Calendia support rather than emailing private keys. Add Certificate password if the certificate needs one. Callback secret is optional when supplied for callback verification. Select the matching Environment (MSS, sandbox or live) and activate only when the provider has enabled it.
Keep test aliases and credentials in the test environment. A valid alias paired with the wrong certificate, token or environment will fail. If setup fails, check the alias against your agreement, confirm the certificate path is accessible to the server and check the selected environment. Swish does not sync card terminals in Calendia. Check the payment status before retrying an uncertain request; do not create a real payment merely to test configuration.
